Energy affordability and clean energy and under threat in Michigan. House Republicans are trying to fool Michiganders by introducing HB 5710 and 5711. They call it “Project Lighthouse,” but it really should be called “Project Lights Out,” because these bills will

• slow the build-out of the cheapest and cleanest forms of energy, • shift the costs to Michigan ratepayers • remove basic regulation of pollution.

That’s why it’s urgent to tell our representatives to oppose HB 5710 and 5711.
